For children and young people, I use the pro-active approach developed by Geldard and Foo, tailoring my methods to their specific needs. Crucially, I also brings my own lived experience of neurodivergent traits to my practice, fostering a deeper level of understanding and empathy with my clients. My path to becoming a counsellor is deeply personal and driven by a powerful desire to make a difference. I want to be the counsellor that I needed myself.
